Training and Employment Consortium works hand in hand with several community partners to offer long term and creative employment solutions for employers and employees. We are grant funded with many many opportunities to help our local community. Training and Employment Consortium can supply businesses with on the job training assistance for both young adults ages 16-24 and adults. We offer a100% wage subsidized program to the employer through a work experience opportunity that allows a business to have an employee that has been prescreened and qualified for up to 200 hours.
