The restaurant was restored and re-opened as Virgil's at Cimmiyotti's in 2009 by Jennifer Keeton. Her and her staff are honored to carry on the legacy today. With the intentions to provide a great restaurant with the romantic western atmosphere that many look to find in the Wild West.
