Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9 am to 4 pm PCS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1993, providing FREE services to the Greater Umatilla County area. Staffed by volunteers and two paid employees. All services provided are confidential and FREE of charge: pregnancy test, mentoring/client advocates, community referrals, abortion information/education, material assistance. 'We offer free pregnancy tests and information optiosn edcuation to anyone experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. We have a confidential, nurting caring environment.
